Rodney Exchange wants to work with you! Here's the deal:

- You can provide us with an idea of
what you’d like to sell the furniture for, we can work together to derive a price or we can price it for you based on the idea behind consignment shopping, the condition and the
- Be mindful if you have a certain amount you want to get from any furniture item, remember the split fees encountered once the furniture has sold
We maintain a
certain quality and condition of our items and prefer not to turn you away for bringing in very worn or overly damaged furniture. If you have a question about something please contact us.
Antiques often look more worn and we’re prepared to deal with older furniture but need to ensure furniture is nice enough for someone else to want to buy or refurbish.
Please see our Terms and Agreement Policy for consigning furniture; we'll need a signed copy from you. You'll also want to fill out the Consignor Information Sheet so we can know how to contact you and send payment(s).Typically we'll consign your items for 3 months; and the asking prices are adjusted and decreased by 10% after every 30 days. At the end of the 3 month period, you’ll be able to re-evaluate the price point, renew the agreement or remove your furniture if it has not sold.
What about clothing and other non-furniture items?

We want to provide quality clothing items to our customers. Please set up a time to bring your clothing items in for review; we can not assure we'll need or take all items. We are interested in better to upper-end, well cared for clothing, casual, lounge or dress wear.

- Items should be clean and with little or no damage

***IMPORTANT NOTICE: IF YOU NEED US TO EVALUATE YOUR PERSONAL CONSIGNMENT ITEMS, IN PERSON, AND ARE NOT WILLING TO BRING THEM BY OUR SHOP, THERE WILL BE A $35 CONSULTATION FEE FOR US TO DETERMINE IF WE'LL TAKE THE ITEMS AND ASSESS THE VALUE OF THE ITEMS AT THAT TIME.***
Pick Up Service
All furniture items are required to be picked up within one week of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. We have very light pick up services for a set fee based on distance, typically local Charlotte area pick up is $65. However this is based solely on management discrepancy. Unfortunately we do not deliver. We have a great loading dock on our store premise and can assist you in the store when you come to deliver or pick up.
